  • Please refer to the usage steps above. If the issue persists, it might be due to insufficient heating time. The brush reaches 250°C in 25s and 410°C in 60s. The LED will flash while heating and stay solid when ready.

  • This may happen if the temperature is set too high or if there’s too much repetition on the same strand. We recommend starting with a lower temperature and gradually increasing it to find the best setting for your hair type.

  • We recommend using the straightening brush on completely dry hair. Styling on wet or damp hair may affect the results.

  • The package includes a TYMO RING PLUS hair straightener brush, a detangling brush, a glove, two clips, and a storage bag.

  • For the best results, we recommend sectioning and combing your hair before styling. Once a section is detangled, the ceramic bristles will smoothly glide through your hair.
