Use the included scraper to remove the blackheads and rinse the area. Step 2: Pour the liquid from the bottle labeled "No. 2" onto a fresh cotton pad and apply it to the exact same area. Leave the cotton pad in place for 10-15 minutes. No rinsing is required after this step.
