Why do bluish tones appear on my beard during coloring?

Since this is an herbal-based formula, a key ingredient may oxidize during coloring and appear as a blue-green tone. Final results can vary depending on temperature, beard condition, and processing time
How can I minimize the blue tint and get the best color results?

Ensure the area is completely dry before application. After applying Cream 2, use a hair dryer to warm around (not directly on) the applied area. The blue tones will fade as color deepens. Rinse once your desired shade is reached.
The color didn't take, or it washed out quickly. What went wrong?

Make sure your beard is completely dry and free of oils or conditioners before applying — any residue will prevent the dye from bonding properly to the beard.
The smell during application is very strong. Is this normal?

The herbal scent may be strong for some users during application, but it usually fades away after rinsing.
I have sensitive skin — is this product suitable for me?

This product is free from PPD, ammonia, resorcinol, parabens, SLS, propylene glycol, and hydrogen peroxide. However, individuals with PPD allergies may still react to similar ingredients. We recommend performing a patch test 48 hours before each use.
