Details: This dishwasher rack repair coating is a specially formulated coating designed to perfectly address damaged rack coatings. It adheres securely to metal surfaces, forming a tough, smooth barrier that effectively resists conditions such as high temperature that can damage dishwashers. After use, your racks will feel like new again, and your dishes will be gently protected.
Instructions
1. Remove the dishwasher rack from the dishwasher. Use sandpaper to thoroughly scrape off any loose old coating
2. Thoroughly wipe the area to be repaired, ensuring it is completely clean and dry.
3. Open the product and stir the coating thoroughly.
4. Using the included fine-bristle brush, apply the coating in a thin, even layer to the exposed metal area. Make sure to cover all areas to be repaired and extend slightly beyond the damaged area.
5. Place the coated rack in a warm, dry, well-ventilated area and allow it to cure naturally for at least 24-48 hours to ensure it is fully cured.
6. Once fully cured, inspect the coating for a firm finish. Once confirmed, you can return the rack to the dishwasher and use it normally.
Notes
1. Do not eat. Use in a well-ventilated environment.
2. Before first use, we recommend testing on a small, inconspicuous area to confirm adhesion and color performance.
3. Ensure the surface is absolutely clean and dry, otherwise the coating may not adhere or may easily peel off.
4. Wait until the coating is fully cured before use.
5. Securely recap the bottle after use.
