Step 9: Buff all nails. Have your client thoroughly wash \u0026amp; dry hands before the next step with water only no soap. Step 10: It is important that you apply NuGenesis Activator Liquid at this time and let air dry for approximately 30 seconds. Step 11: Apply a light coat of NuGenesis Finish Gel to all fingernails.
